Shipping Rates
We offer free and flat-rate domestic shipping options within Canada and internationally to the Continental United States.
Shipping fees are charged in the local currency (CAD or USD, as applicable) and are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Please refer to the table below for our shipping rates:

U.S. orders may be subject to import fees/duties and/or taxes as levied by local governments. Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: (*) We may be unable to offer free and flat-rate shipping options or fulfill orders to certain shipping addresses. For example, this can happen if the shipping location is in a remote area, the area is not fully serviced by our courier or postal partners, or if the fees levied from the courier or postal service are too high to make fulfillment possible. All such orders are flagged after the order is placed and in these rare cases, we will contact you via email with options. Rest assured, if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping Timelines
We're a small team and work to ship orders within 2 to 3 full business days from the order date. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Once an order ships, typical transit times are between 3 to 9 business days.
Note: Transit times are beyond our control and may vary depending on the volume of shipments being processed by the courier or postal service at any given time, combined with your distance from our shipping location.

Where do you ship to?
We are based in Canada and ship domestically within Canada.
We also ship internationally to the U.S. (excluding Hawaii).
If you are in a country not listed here, please contact us and let us know your interest in our products. This will help us prioritise which countries we open up to in the future.
Who do you ship with?
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and Canpar.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order is picked and prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to see the latest updates from the courier or postal service that is delivering your package(s).
Why is my tracking number not showing any updates?
Tracking information will first start appearing once the courier or postal service first scans the package(s) at pick-up or when we drop-off your packages for shipment.
If it has been several days since you received a tracking number and there are still no status updates, please contact us and we'll investigate.
Why are shipping fees not refundable?
Shipping fees are refundable so long as we have not yet purchased a shipping label for your order.
Once we purchase a shipping label for your order, we consider the order 'shipped' and any paid shipping fees are no longer refundable, as we are unable to return the shipping label ourselves.
As shipping costs are high, we hope you can appreciate we're a small business and are unable to absorb these incurred costs.
